To Mr. Fall and Miss WinterA Poem by Hippya letter to Fall and WinterDear Mr. Fall & Miss Winter
Fall, you always come in to kill the life again. You rip from trees and me a since of life leaving little left of we. But a normal trend of age, unnoticed by eyes that gaze upon blank beauty of summer days which is lost in your cold age. For its so dark, every year, in early skies and deep in here --> <3 . Crinkled colors compare me to dry leaves as they break with ease. Why is it you bring this transparent me to a wood of evergreen is it your wish to make us look so poor and get a glance no more. You stifle our magic that once poured o’re eyes open to lore. But you aren’t all to blame, is your fall to Winter that puts me in shame.
She buries in cold, deep to the once warm core like always before where it’s so hard to warm through our thick rugged bark in which we hide. But the issue that is often faced is no fire to warm thy hand leaving me alone, no sticks, no match, not even a hand to help to fan warmth in leaving me a cold dead piece of meat around animals huddled round heath. So is evergreen what I wish us to be? No they’re cruel and prickly. One day green will refill all of me and my lovely trees But I must wait for your beautiful cousins Summer and Spring To fill me with love like always, so Mr. Fall and Winter please Leave my brain and trees be
