I like the concept of your contest. Sometimes a point can be lost, or even over-emphasized, under lots of words. I enjoy the simplicity.
I've found several poems I really like in the contest, some even went into my favourites list. It was a really good idea.

This poem is very simple however, deep especially dealing with heartbreak a lot of women can relate. I've been there. Reading this I felt the pain that hit my soul the very day my boyfriend and I broke up.
