Tears

i wrote this for a class in 11th grade. we had to pick a poem or write on so i took the easy way out

Salty not sweet

Streaming down your cheek

Reason why?

Joy, sadness, or painful sigh

What do you think I am you guess?

I even come from stress

I can be stopped from a little love

And sometimes a look above

If you see me on a face stop and spread a little cheer

Because you will never know when you will have a tear
