Me Without You

I wrote this poem because I want to tell the meaning of what would it be like if God hadn't intervened in our lives.

Here I am, at this place and time

Right here and Right now

This is where and when I am here today

This moment is now

And at this moment I am here

You have brought me at the right time and place

You rescued me

You saved me

Remade me

You are mine and I am yours

I am yours forever

Where would I be?

If you hadn’t rescued me

Packing my bags when I need to stay

Chasing every invisible breeze that blows my way

Building my kingdom to watch it fade away

It’s true

That’s me without you
