it's like the story I told my daughter about nature using the pear tree in our yard as an analogy. "In spring, I began, the pear tree produces thousands of blossoms. But no way can the pear tree support thousands of pears", I told her. "That's it", she said? I decided to end it there before the simplest discussion about nature morphed into an even larger defense of it. The 'pear tree' analogy is not as far reaching as it seems. Although it exists in this complex ecosystem, what it does, it does the same way each spring. And that's what nature is: "what breaks away returns. What stands apart was never apart", in the first place. I love your contextualizing. dana

The pear tree analogy feels gentle yet wise... showing how life has its own balance and rhythm. I like how you tied it back to the bigger truth that nothing is ever truly separate, everything belongs and returns in its own way.
I truly appreciate your insight. Really appreciate it.
well said and creatively told. we are inextricably linked with nature. as my muse thoreau wrote, "All nature is doing her best each moment to make us well—she exists for no other end. Do not resist her. With the least inclination to be well we should not be sick."

I deeply appreciate your kind words...
Thanks alot for stopping by!
I completely agree with you.. Man lives on Earth but can never own it but.. should and must protect the wind and all else that make it as perfect as it can be. There are those that would rape its beauty, stamp upon its life and destroy the heart and soul of our continuity. Without our planet we would be lost to a space without end.. sans emotion or hope. Remember the Creation, respect and protect it - else we are lost. Fine words, a lesson in ethics and soul.

I have to say I very much enjoyed this philosophical meditation of poetry. Your words give faith that a change for the better enlightened soul springs eternal in this new generation. Keep on writing and I wish you the best in your journey as a poet. May your words inspire young hearts. CLE

Your words mean alot to me. Truly.
This reminds me of Rumi, "You are not a drop in the ocean; you are the entire ocean in a drop."
The seed is there. Let it germinate and sprout into a garden. This one is worthy of expanding upon, not just as words, but as blossoms. Let their fragrance spill from your pen.

Thank you so much for your kind reply, I'm truly grateful. 🌸
A splendid rendering of an ancient philosophy here. Though we see the world as many separate things, they are actually representations of a single reality. The last verse states this truth beautifully.
