Welcome to the conformity bee-hive

Known as the social design

For society

You have your fellow worker bees

Assisting the queen

As she remains

The center of everyone's attention

She still needs

Assistance from one particular fellow

To keep her

Trending civilization going

Yet you never want to be

Like Mr. Drone-Bee

Don't condone his lifestyle

He's a clever one & not apart of

The other 99 percentile

Toiling worker bees

He's vitally needed

Too keep the overall population going

Almost every so often

He lusts after the queen

He never works

While always enjoying

The fruits of everyone else's labor

Lust & gluttony

Run through his veins 24/7

He's got a big head

Thinking all life's about is

A big ego

Unfortunately for him

The essence of his real personality

Puts him on the radar

To acquire numerous enemies

Leading to his untimely demise

Since he's true to himself

While refusing to live a lie

Which has remained to be

His destined genetic chosen life

Let me start by saying that I really liked the metaphor of the bees as they pertain to the different sections of society. A few very profound images and concepts in this one, especially the way you differentiated between the "worker bees" and "Mr. Drone-Bee". Thought provoking.
