Renaissance Poetry Writing

Renaissance Poetry Writing

A Poem by B-poet

A way with words

Observed by a critiquing

High esteem nobility

Changing the literary forefront

By the brunt of a dying past time

Indelibly reviving a genre

Into a new wave era

After reforming conformed minds

Into joining

An iconic calligraphy movement

Now deemed as

Renaissance Poetry Writing

"By the brunt of a dying past time" who say's this has to be a dying past time? You most certainly have a way with words :)

i like the tongue-in-cheek attitude in the beginning of this...sort of like the critiquing may say it has to be one way...but the renaissance poets bring a new age where anything goes...and opening up the genre to whatever works for each poet, certainly allows for a plethora of voices to shine....

and for the shy poets to wander out from hiding...

i am glad to see poetry still alive and kicking.

I like this idea - a rebirth of Poetry! And this is just the place to do it... I think more poetry would make the world a better place - nicely penned, BP!
