Such a journey

Has been fortifying

By written nature

Where as each step

Remains reminiscent to the first

It's inquisitive enough

To push the envelope

As to what awaits

Behind the masking aura

Of a gated entrance labeled

Golden Significance Penmanship

Once access is granted

All poetry lovers

Are now welcomed along

This trail of penned eloquence

Will then lead everyone forward

i like the part about each new literary step being very similar to the first. sometimes when i write i don't know if i'll ever write again. it scares me that the inspiration will one day stop flowing when i'm only half way...this piece sheds great light on the beauty of poetry and a poet's journey. great work!
