They give you the funniest looks

In public

Making you sick

As to why

Would they stare at you

Like a stranger on the fly

Deceiving eye contact

Followed by inconspicuous pacing

Reflects on how

Their pathway leads down & on too

Your own road of personal business & success

Makes them noisy enough

To make you feel uneasy

They've witnessed

Your physical features sincerely

With a firm & formidable handshake

Underlying their envious smirks

Now poised enough

To raise every eyebrow of yours

Beware Of Spooky People

They're always hoarding

Undisclosed ulterior motives

Like a wolf in sheep's clothing

i think this piece almost gives a statement in the opposite direction...that maybe everyone is a "spooky person" and i don't really think there's anything wrong with that. this piece made me think!

its funny, because i'm a goth, people usually consider me a "spooky person", but I relate more to the person being judged by the people in this piece. Nice write.

Interesting... There seems to be a juxtaposition of character in this one. In the beginning I imagined the speaker was someone like a vagrant or an outcast of society, because people were staring and giving "funny looks", but then in the end we find the speaker "poised" and recieving "envious smirks"--so I'm not quite sure who is doing the speaking. That aside...the "moral" of this one is well recieved. I have met a few wolves in sheep's clothing and I have invited them into my life only to be nearly slaughtered by thier malicious ways. We must be gaurded...and not just from the spooky people, but also from people in general, because the best liars (the ones who do it really well) won't come across as spooky, rather they will come across as your best supporter, best friend, etc. So...well recieved my friend!
