Moonlight Solace

Moonlight Solace

A Poem by B-poet

The stars & constellations

Shine bright

As the nightly sky

Comforts a weary soul

Behind closed doors

Is a warming

Embrace of gratuity

Seen as a consoling force

Meant to cure

The curiosity factor

Within the minds of all nocturnal beings

Surrounding what rightfully

Embodies a bona fide

Refugee for spiritual acceptance

Now known quaintly

As a coveted Moonlight Solace

The night can indeed comfort with its stillness. Lovely.

I love the moonlight...the quiet, the peacefullness..yes the solace. Your poem is as lovely as the pale moon on a summer night. :) Julie

And in the solace of moonlight, one finds calm and peace for the soul. We often covet such a place to replace the sunspots of the day!
Nicely penned!!
