Blinded Faith

Blinded Faith

A Poem by B-poet

Looking down

While crossing

A tight rope of personal treachery

Impedes bravery

Bounded by life's

Tug of war

Gravity compliance

Shapes the present world

As an equalizer for

Spiritual balance

In need of a tested

Blinded Faith

An interesting and thought provoking piece. Well written all around.

I liked this a lot. My favourite lines were:

A tight rope of personal treachery
Impedes bravery
Bounded by life's
Tug of war

Well penned, my friend.

The hardest balance of all to achieve...a concise and thought-provoking piece :)

Faith is strongest when tested. Profound, indeed.

Being blind on that tightrope is certainly a test of faith, we're always being tested and usually by our own inadequacies.... Nicely pen'd.

Gravity compliance
Shapes the present world
As an equalizer for
Aforementioned spiritual balance
In need of a tested
Blinded Faith

You play on the idea of gravity as caregiver quite well. Your gravity being of the more gentle sort. Awesome.
