A Godforsaken Kingdom Come

Is it possible for royalty

To overcome a personality

Character flaw

Promoting why

Defied self indulgence

Had been made known

To a public of skeptics

Who were seeking to applaud

A pleased acknowledgment

From their revered emperor

Who camouflaged

His tyranny amongst

Every follower & brethren alike

Who fortified

Their ruler's claim to fight

All rivals

As he exalted

A divine power

Within his royal court of liars & thieves

Where he reigned

Over a cherished throne

Awaiting to claimed

By his chosen prodigy

Who's next-ed in line

Upon the horizon

Of A Godforsaken Kingdom Come
