Making it

Through a maze

Of motorized commerce

Hurts the worst

When social labels

Coerce the decay

Of self sufficiency

After future praised dreams

Of our potential glory

Are left to be lost

Within a hazed fog of in-crowd conditioning

Our sincere hopes and wishes

Can & Will ultimately spiral

Out of control

Into a doomed mist

Called Societal Branding

Societal branding... So much has changed over the years.
In high school it was as simple as the rockers, the preps, the goths, and the jocks.
