Where afflictions of the soul

This seems to be a tale of pain past any standard healing methods. It is of a pain that takes more than time and more than compassion from a friend. This is a pain that is "Beyond the Sacred Hours of Healing." I enjoy the short lines and the swift fashion the poem can be read, but I honestly had to dissect it to understand. Nice write, dear poet.
