Love this! Yes, there is peace within - the tricky part is finding it. For me, it is the quiet mornings running on the beach - just me and the sea gulls and the sun rising. Such soft serenity in your wise words.

I'm not sure if you were saying uniformed or addressing the uninformed it started out with tranquil lines and your peace is within your heart which many of us gaurd like fort knox I liked it
