When did everything turn to dust 

When everything I thought was lust 

She was so close to me 

Now she's nothing, she's empty 

She's the front line of my war 

But she's not there anymore 

She's the requiem that I seek 

But the powers, I feel weak 

The closer I am, the memories grow thin 

It's like an endless battle that I can't win 

I still see her vision inside my dreams 

It's like a love story, replaying that same scene 

The conversations, yet she's talking to me not 

I feel the slightest cold, the farthest from her touch 

I keep telling myself it's over, it's just a stupid crush 

But this time I can't do it, I just can't do it enough
