The StrangerA Poem by Bala Gorthi
You sneaked into my private room one fine day
Your sharp mischievous eyes reflect a dark bay You looked cool and sharp in your fearless plight You watched my raw beauty to your heart's delight I pushed you out but shamelessly you popped in You know my many secrets, but, that's no big sin I know you won't blurt them out till your last breath So I cannot grace my alien guest with my fiery wrath The family doesn't want your presence anymore Our bond is already sparking nasty fights n big furore You are already cut off from your kin and your world Our love affair is day by day getting thick and bold Dear, do you plan to spend your life in my little bathroom? Little Toady, go out to your friends grow and nicely groom.
