Sleep Deprivation Curse

Sleep Deprivation Curse

A Poem by Miss Marie Riorden.
"

I sometimes wonder why I wrote this one . I don't remember it . I was abusing myself too much

"
Losing the sleep so needed
But not wanting to fall into the serene quality
Of an everlasting nightmare
Or to fall into arms of all the darkness

Looking around not able to stand
Too weak to make a move
Mind like grains of drifted sand
Blowing away till all the throughts are gone

Not wanting to sleep
Or to eat or to drink
The giddyness of being lightheaded
The flying of walk

Feeling all so powerful without it
But you always will need it
You don't ever want it
But you will succumb to it soon

Feeling the energy drain
The giddyness washed away
To the beaches of being lost
Being swept away in the waves of dreams

Waking up screaming
All covered in sweat
To repeat the process
And end with distraught

I'm going to address this right now. I do take Read Requests, but that DOES NOT mean you need to RR me everything you write. And I do not read stories unless it's of my own free-will. So do not RR the.. more..
