Sheila and Bella on Richie

“Sheila would you shut up!” Replies Bella! “I swear it Girl!” “He couldn’t keep his eyes off of you!” “Maybe He was looking at you Sheila!” Says Bella! “Girl Please!” “It’s All about you!” “I see the way he looks at you!” “Girl He wants you!” “Now Sheila”, I can’t be involved with a man like that my dad will not tolerate it and besides “He is Bad News!” “He is a No Good, Low Down, Dirty, Dirty Dog!” That was in the past I heard he changed! Says Sheila! “Yeah right!” says Bella. As the saying goes “Once a Dog always a Dog!” Well, don’t judge a book by its cover says Sheila and as the saying goes “Still Waters run deep!” “Girl please it’s not even like that, I will never give him the time of day!” and by the way, whatever happened to whats-her-face uh….Oh yeah “Trina!” I don’t know ever since he has changed she stopped coming around! I heard that she left him. Amongst all the women that Richie has been with one that stood out was Trina (his old flame) a very messy Sistah she was always getting into trouble, trying to start mess and sticking her nose where it did not belong. 

“Richie Dog!” “Why don’t you go over there and talk to her!” said Stanley his homeboy “What makes you think that I want to talk to her? replies Richie! Well for one, You’ve been staring at her all during Morning Worship! And two, I call your name and you don’t respond. “Man you are hooked!” “Whatever Man!” replies Richie! And besides, if I wanted to holla at her I got to go through her pops first. Her Dad wouldn’t tolerate you dating his one and only daughter that He Loves! He knows about your past! Says Stanley, so does the congregation says Richie! You know how those Church sisters like to Gossip!


Trina and her Clique

Meanwhile on the flipside of town, Trina was kickin it with her clique. Bon’Quisha: just as ghetto as ghetto can be, Shan’Taya: Extremely Talkative a gossiper from the Heart, and Dee’Andria the Texting Queen who is short of words. She replies with one word answers. “Trina Girl!!!” Shan’Taya replied, “I Heard through my Mammas’, Auntie, Sister, Cousin, Uncles’ next door neighbor that Richie’s got eyes for someone else!” Bon’Quisha replied, “Oh No He didn’t just drop you for another chic? “Hold up!” “Wait a Minute!” “Didn’t you Drop Him?” Trina replies, “NO!” I didn’t drop him, I just needed a break but He knew that I would come back! “Yeah!, but does He know that?” Replies Bon’Quisha! “Whatever Big Boned Isha your just as ghetto as they come!” Bon’Quisha replied “Who she be callin ghetto?” and “That’s ghetto fabulous to you Miss Trina!” “Now, you need me to round up the girls so we could go jump her?” “Whats the Word Dee? Dee’Andria not aware of whats going down is too busy texting replies with, “Cool!” “When we find that chic”, “I want at her First!!!!!!” replies Trina!

 
Stanley convinces Richie to ask Bella Out

The Following Sunday, “Let the Church say Amen!” replied Pastor Matthews “Amen!” replied the congregation, “Let the Church say Amen again!” “AMEN!!!” The Benediction was given. “Richie!”, “You need to go over there and ask Bella out on the real man!” “I don’t know?” I would but you know how her pops be Trippin! replies Richie. It’s worth a shot, says Stanley. Just go over there, spit game, let her know what’s up and get the digits! That’s all! says Richie, yeah! replies Stanley. Alright man I’ll do it.

Outside of the Church, Bella and Sheila were in conversation when Richie approaches her: “What it Do! Ma!!” says Richie, You know, I was just wondering if it was cool If I could maybe take you out sometime? You know, maybe we could Chill! Maybe I could get your number? Bella without thinking about it replied “NO!”

Disappointed! He walked away feeling defeated. Stanley responded, Well? Did you get her number? Did she say Yes? Then He looked him in the Face! She shot you down didn’t she? Yeah Man thanks to you! Why’d I even listen to you? Just as they were about to walk away, Sheila approached them. You know Richie, if you want to ask Bella out try being more of a gentlemen not some thuged out hoodlum from the streets. So this time around, He changed his demeanor. He approached her once more and replied “Good Afternoon Bella!” Lovely weather we’re having on Today! He replied, That it is! She replied. That is a Beautiful Dress you are wearing! Why thank you she replied. I was wondering if I could take you out to dinner sometime if it’s cool with you? Richie are you asking me out on a Date? Uh yeah! Well, I don’t know maybe! But if you want to take me out, you have to ask permission from my Father First!
