You NO-GOOD, 

 DOUBLE CROSSING,

 PIECE OF TRASH,

 You need a foot to go 

straight up your A$$, but 

 I will let this slide, because

 I do have class, 

Never thought in my life, 

 you'd be a

 SNAKE IN THE GRASS,

 You SCHEMED, you TRICKED, and

 STABBED PEOPLE in the BACK,

 OTHERS HAD THEIR SUSPICIONS, AND 

 THAT IS JUST WHACK,

 YOUR DECEITFULNESS,

 HAD ALL OF US FOOLED,

 YOUR TREACHOUS WAYS

 WERE DECEITFUL, AND CRUEL, 

ALL EYES, ALL SUSPICIONS,

 ARE TURNED TOWARDS YOU, 

 NOW, THAT YOU ARE FOUND OUT,

 WHAT ARE YOU 

 GONNA DO??? 

LEAVE THE CITY,

 DISSAPPEAR,

 JUST RUN AND HIDE,

 DON'T EVER LET A SNAKE DECEIVE OR

 TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE!!!!

Dear Dismal Damsel:

Your letter to your friend was deeply touching, but it somehow got lost in the mail and was delivered to our writing group, instead. Unfortunately, since we know neither you nor your friend, reading of how cruel he is to you induces no emotion in our hearts, other than perhaps, "Aww... poor baby." and I doubt that was your goal.

So a suggestion. If this truly was intended for us, then address us, not him. And since you're giving your reader a gift of your tears, phrase your missive so the reader weeps with you because you make them recall a like situation. In other words, don't tell us how you feel, make us feel that way. Remember, all the memories and linkages that exist in your mind, to make your piece so meaningful are just that, in your mind. Place them in ours, too.
