Prom

This story is about named Maria who gets prepared for Prom Night by buying a dress and getting her hair done.

One day Maria went to Dress for Less to shop for a Prom Dress. So far she liked the Prom dress the store had. She picked out one particular Royal Blue gown dress. She asked the Salesperson at dress for less "If she could try the dress on?" The Salesperson person told her Yes and she takes Maria to one of the changing closets for her to try on the Prom dress. As Maria tried on the dress in the closet she looked into the mirror and says "I look so beautiful in this dress." The Salesperson randomly knocked on the closet door where Maria changed and asked her "Is everything okay in there?" "Yes everything is fine I like my dress" Maria replied. After Maria finished changing out of her Prom dress she headed to the counter to pay for her dress which costed one hundred sixty dollars. So Maria paid for the dress with her credit card. Afterwards, Maria headed to a Dominican salon called Hola Flair. Once she arrived to the salon she explained to the hairdresser that she wants a wash and set and blowout. The hairdresser began to start Maria's hair with shampoo and used a deep conditioner. A couple minutes later, the hairdresser allowed Maria's hair to sit under the dryer for thirty minutes. As Maria sat and waited for her hair to dry she looked at a beauty magazine that showed pictures of black woman that have braids in their hair and the products they used to maintain their hair. It also gave tips about how to manage healthy hair as well. Suddenly, As Maria's hair she noticed her past her shoulders. The hairdresser complimented her by saying "Your is long and beautiful." The hairdresser blow dried and flat ironed Maria's hair. She couldn't at herself in the mirror she liked the way the hairdresser straightened her hair. Afterwards, Maria paid the hairdresser sixty dollars along with a ten dollar tip. Before leaving the hair salon the hairdresser gave Maria her business card that included her phone number and address to the salon. From then on, Maria hopped in a Uber cab headed to her house to get ready for Prom. A couple hours later, Maria was dressed up ready for her Prom. She gets a knock at her door from a guy named Zechariah who was her Prom date. As Maria opened door Zechariah complimented her by saying "You look beautiful tonight sweetheart." Maria says thank You in excitement. He then held Maria's hand and escorted her to the Limo car. As Maria sat inside the limo Zechariah leans over and kissed Maria on the cheek. Her face turned red and she asked Zechariah "What was the kiss for?" "I Love You Zechariah says. Maria replied "Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww I didn't know that at all." Zechariah suddenly takes a piece of chocolate candy from out of his pocket and gives it to Maria along with a romantic poem card. Maria screamed in excitement by saying "Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww this is so nice." She hugged Zechariah and thanked him for the stuff. Finally they arrived to a place called Thomassinas for their Prom. As they go inside Thomassinas they sit at a table to eat. Zechariah ate chicken with rice and beans. Maria ate a pasta with grilled chicken.they both enjoyed the delicious food that was served. After they finished eating they danced romantically and kissed. They both enjoyed Prom night together. It was the best night of their life.
