Snowflower Cycle: part 1

A glimpse of my true self

I am the flower in the snow
Despite the cold still I will grow
Although I'm covered thick with frost
My warmth and heart I have not lost  
I blossom with the light of dawn
and seize the day 'till twilight's gone
