Butterfly garden

Butterfly garden

A Poem by Bianca & Gerhard

Butterfly garden

an old bridge connects two lonesome banks
the wind gets lost in flames
between nettles shuffles tenderness
birdsong of hope split summer days into two parts

I look at the glass season with sad eyes
write my name on the windows of your soul
full of tears I try to wake up words to live
sighing I try to rest in the butterfly garden

I confine my thoughts to the moments of remembering
where the fire of faith gives holiness
my water flows by your existence
in the music that beats in harmony with my heart
