Mass Effect Andromeda Wars 1A Story by Big Boss PughAfter 300 years of thriving and prosperity, the Heleus cluster of Andromeda faces a new threat from an old foe long thought dead.Intel and details on the three
hundred years of progress within the Heleus Cluster of Andromeda. Explanation Intel 1. Andromeda after one year (2819
" 2820 CE): After the fall of the Archon, Meridian became a home for humanity
and location for the first monument site created by the Hyperion Ark crash. All
the humans aboard the ark are awaken to a beautiful sight, but there is much to
do. Ryder and the Tempest crew continue exploring the Heleus Cluster and manage
to discover several more planets for outposts to be built on; they journey to
various sections and close to edges of dark space. Suddenly during one of their
hyper jumps, all communication is lost with the ship. Every search attempt is
met with no clues as to what happens to the ship, and the scourge halts any
advancement from time to time with its unusual changes. With no words from them
or SAM, the Nexus council leaders continue to maintain operations and open more
stasis pods for people to assist with the efforts of making homes on various
planets in each system capable of supporting life. The Path Finders that are
left become glorified heroes; they are symbols to the people, but now, they
slowly fade away from the spotlight. Once everyone was awakened, the title
"Path Finder" was nothing more than a memory and celebrated task to
have. The only time a Path Finder is needed when it is time to search through
the wilderness of any unknown terrain. Surprisingly, SAM for the Ryder family
on the Hyperion Ark shuts down, or as the Nexus council said, "He
was under tremendous strain and could no longer function". Explanation Intel 2. Nexus Power Move (2820 "
2825 CE): After three years went by and careful planning was done secretly,
Initiative Director Jarun Tann decides that the Nexus should be closer to
Meridian and made as the seat of power all throughout the Heleus cluster.
Though Tiran Kandros and Nakmor Kesh highly disagreed with the idea, Tann
surprised them with clever propositions in return for their loyalty. For Kesh,
she would be the acting Director for all the krogans. To further solidify her
rule, Overlord Morda would not be able to maintain her rule on New Tuchanka;
Kandros would oversee all military activity in the entire cluster minus the
military on any angaran worlds. Administrator Foster Addison knew what was
coming and only supported Tann to solidify her position as part of the Nexus
Leadership; however, things for her slowly become less. Kandros accepted his
title to make sure everyone would be ready for any more kett assaults or
attacks from the exiles should they encounter any; Kesh on the other hand
finally had enough of Tann's demeanor towards herself and her people. She quit
being a leader for the Nexus council and supported her people whole heartly on
Elaaden. To everyone’s surprise, Morda and Kesh came to an accord to be the
only two leaders of the krogans so long as they were in charge; in fact, they
still allowed the outpost on Elaaden to remain, but the people severed all ties
with the Nexus after learning of Tann’s changes. In response to this, Tann
asked for one asari to join the Nexus. Thus, the Nexus council was made. In 2823,
the Nexus council was made up of three species just like the Citadel Council in
the Milky Way. In 2825, the Nexus ark was moved to Meridian and has remain. By
the year 3,119, the Nexus council members consisted of Bynisa from the Asari,
Mayon of the Turians, and Salarian representative Datri. Explanation Intel 3. Old Wounds Revived (2826 "
2850 CE): With the Nexus and Meridian now close to each other, more humans,
turians, asari, angarans and salarians did everything to shape the planet into
the central government for the people while establishing houses everywhere. As
time went on, many humans journeyed from Meridian to find a new home and
consequences followed shortly after. From there, it was during Tann's final
days that he started to make the Nexus and Meridian the home for only those
that can afford to stay or who are of wealth; in fact, several others that were
quite influential and persuasive with words received many perks for staying on
Meridian or the Nexus as they slowly reformed the living conditions. Many
people that tried to come and see Meridian were allowed to stay only if they
could pay for it. By the year 2830, all the krogans retreated to New Tuchanka
on Elaaden and stayed isolated from others. Five years later during 2835, the
Angara slowly showed less interest due to the sudden changes of power; they
only stayed on Voeld, Aya, and Havarl. After so many people left or were exiled
from Meridian, old wounds and hurtful experiences of the past reopened, and
everything changed once more for the Heleus cluster. Those of power, wealth,
and influential status stayed on Meridian, controlling various worlds from the
Nexus; everyone went to Eos, Aya, New Tuchanka, Voeld, Kadara, and the last few
habitable planets they discovered. During this time, two other planets in the
cluster become safe to live on. These worlds are Biloun of the Togessan,
Avelosa of the Solminae, and even Habitat Seven manage to have a few people
living on the world despite the lighting storms. It was a time of terrible
change, and this marked the beginning of what is to come down the road. Explanation Intel 4. The Rise of the Syndicate (2870
" 2875 CE): There were so many problems to endure, and the best technology was
on the Nexus or Meridian. By 2865, the challenges to live stable were too many.
Many resources took forever to obtain or gather since all had to be approved by
Nexus officials or APEX authority; it was harder to study and analyze the
composition of several resources due to lack of support from those in charge.
It finally led several factions of the lower class to invade the Nexus to take
what they needed. To maintain their claim and government, the Nexus deploys
APEX special ops and security teams to curb any form of invasion or infiltrate
from anyone not of Meridian. The fighting soon became battles that lasted
nearly five years until the final straw was broken. In a surprising move, a
handful of people from the krogan, human, and angaran species formed a system
that would fight against those in power of the Nexus or that is what many
believed. In the year 2870, the Syndicate was created, and any leftover
technology was brought to Kadara for the future improvements of any less
unfortunate people that didn't live on Meridian. The Syndicate, like the Nexus,
made their own army and created warships to combat any trespassing visitors
from any world. As time went on, the Syndicate and Nexus changed their attitude
towards many and became increasingly impossible to endure for those that cross
their path. After a few years went by, the Syndicate leaders moved their
headquarters to H-065 of the Civki system and renamed the planet Cojora since
the weather became less dangerous. By the year 3,119, The Syndicate consisted
of Warlord Jacob for humans. Warlord Gulnaz Urkin became the krogan leader and
left New Tuchanka as it should be. Warlord Angruo holds power over the Angara
minus the leadership of Aya and Havarl. Explanation Intel 5. The Peace of Two (2905 "
2920 CE): In 2890, the War of the Two started with the Nexus on one side and
the Syndicate on the other. APEX teams kept the Nexus secure while Enforcer
squads held firm for the Syndicate. The war lasted until the year 2910 when
both powers agreed to have peace. In the year 2915, the leaders established and
open communications for peace talks with promises of resources to be shared and
territory to be divided. Regardless of what the other leaders thought about this
arrangement, they all agreed that war needs to end. With the temporary peace
established, everyone in various worlds, not from either organization, was
forced to settle on hazardous planets with hostile wildlife and dangerous
creatures. To make matters worse, many others were forced to endure harsh
treatment from both sides despite the understanding of the Syndicate and Nexus
government officials. No one of the higher authorities wanted to make other
planets safe to live on, minus the supportive roles that handle minor problems.
From regulations and rules to payment and costly fees, the leadership of both
parties made life in Heleus almost unbearable to deal with at times. Explanation Intel 6. Keelah Si'yah Arrival (2925
" 2929 CE): Time went on as the leaders of the Syndicate and Nexus continue to
stay quiet until they received some startling news from an unexpected force
long thought lost or dead. Though the message was viewed as a threat, both
superpowers agreed to stand against the coming danger together. The Nexus and
Syndicate Leaders made their setup near the edge of dark space as they awaited
the danger to present itself. Both governments of the temporary alliance didn't
expect to see the Keelah Si'yah Ark arrive and present news of what has
happened during their dark journey through space. Everyone was glad to see the
final ark make it all the way to Andromeda galaxy and contain life within its
shell. The captain and sleeper teams of the ark were amazed at what they found
in the Heleus cluster even with the problems they faced onboard their own ship.
They didn't bother with integrating themselves into either the Nexus or
Syndicate; the ark Keelah Si'yah journeys to the far eastern side of the
cluster and creates a home there. To the surprise of the quarians, they
discovered a planet capable of supporting them without the use of their suits.
The quarians claimed the planet Dovar of Hefena and renamed it Dovarannoch.
Upon their exit of the ark, life for the other species would start as the
elcor, drell, volus, hanar, and batarians would each have a planet to live on
or share a world with the other species; however, this was the start of what
they would bring to the Andromeda galaxy. After learning of the Syndicate and
Nexus rivalry, each species kept to their own world and stayed from the rest
for as long as they could. The quarians, being always looked down on, maintain
their quiet life; however, they did attract the angaran thanks to their
understanding of technology. Explanation Intel 7. Hurtful Truth of the Milky Way (2930
" 2935 CE): It didn't take long for the Nexus and Syndicate powers to return to
their old ways of hatred after the last ark made it to the Heleus cluster.
During the last seventy years before 3,019, a harsh truth is revealed to
everyone thanks to the older human Path Finder. It started with Alec Ryder's
old audio recordings that were left inside his private quarters on Ark
Hyperion. Unknown to everyone and his own children, Alec set up one final act that
would be told to every species of the Andromeda galaxy. In the year 3,000,
Alec's voice stretched across the Heleus cluster as he revealed his knowledge
of the Reaper threat within the Milky Way and the purpose of the Andromeda
Initiative. With the help of SAM's abilities and his own desire to tell the
truth, Alec used an old recorder that hooked up to the Hyperion system for his
final act to tell everyone why the sudden move to Andromeda. From the Syndicate
and Nexus operating system of their headquarters to the Angaran worlds and
Quarian planet, everyone in Heleus couldn't and didn't want to believe what
they were hearing by radio and communication devices. The truth shocks them all
as they now believe they were the last of their own species from the Milky Way.
Many hope that this was a lie; however, based on one hint of data, the roaring
sound of a Reaper said otherwise. The old home of the Milky Way didn't have
life anymore since the Reapers came to destroy all life. With the knowledge now
made public to everyone, things had to change for the better. Explanation Intel 8. The Alliance of Two (3,000 -
3,019 CE): After years of fighting pointless battles and small skirmishes
across the cluster, the decision came down to two leaders. Nexus leader Bynisa
of the asari and Syndicate Warlord Jacob of humanity met in secret to discuss a
plan that would benefit both sides. It was hours of debate and disagreements
that both sides didn't want to share with each other. (Though the plan was to
stabilize the relationship between the Syndicate and Nexus, Jacob and Bynisa
didn't expect their own relationship to be personal as time went on. They
always kept their feelings in check around others while discussing the future;
however, they shared their own love for each other once they were alone. They
had a few close call close moments as they kept sneaking around and away from
curious, wandering people.) The story of what the future is to be would start
in the year 3,119. A new hero will arise from the bottom and change the course
of history for both sides. They can either forge an alliance between the two
superpowers or support one of them. There was also the chance that the person
may just eliminate those in power to create a new government. This is the story that would now unfold in the Heleus cluster of
Andromeda... Planet Update and Occupation
within Heleus after three hundred years Planet and Solar System of the Nexus Territory (Year: 3119): The home world for the Nexus leadership is in the Saajor system
where Merdian is located. This is also the main planet where the Hyperion Ark
crash landed thanks to the efforts of Capt. Dunn in the year 2819. Due to the
under-handed tactics of Director Jarun Tann and those with wealth and
influence, Merdian has become the most expensive place to live in. With Merdian
and the Nexus ark stationed perfectly beside each other, the Saajor system is
heavily guarded as each planet within the system now serves as a garrison for
APEX teams. Many consider Meridian and the Nexus ark to be the true home for
all species, but many others see this system as a place for only those who seek
to control the entire Heleus cluster and advance their own goals. The second star system under Nexus control is the Rohvir system.
The planet H-169, now named Talune, experienced a heavy change in its gravity.
Where once the gravity of Talune was impossible to endure, the planet now
became the perfect place for a new colonization effort. In the year 2850, Nexus
APEX teams quickly rush to the planet and set up a military home for all
members of APEX. Thanks to the efforts of Tiran Kandros, he had a monument
built on Talune to represent not only Nexus authority but to show off APEX
strength when it comes to all threats. Before he passed on, Kandros once
said: "If you want something done right, do it the APEX way or no
way at all." A third planet under Nexus control is Ronhadin in the Joba system.
At first, the planet was on the colonization list for future expansion were it
not for the constant surface battering. Now, the planet itself is second to
Meridian for being the most expensive place to live. The asari claim this world
for themselves; however, they do encourage others to live on the planet with
them despite how high the living cost is. After Bynisa was recommended to join the
Nexus council, she continues to convince other people that Ronhadin is a place
worth visiting. Mostly, males of every species are invited to live here among
the asari. Planet and Solar System of the Syndicate Territory (Year 3119): Losing Kadara and moving away from the Saajor system was a huge
blow for many humans, turians, salarians, and asari if they were exiles from
the Nexus; however, the Syndicate made sure their new seat of power would be a
threat or rival to the Nexus leadership if they were to challenge them. Rather
than move too far from the exile's home world, the Syndicate established a
place on the planet H-065 in the Civki system after the temperature changed.
From there, several other clans of exiles joined them and created a
well-fortified world even with the heat conditions changing from time to time.
H-065 has more than enough protection around it to keep invading forces at bay
and the occupation of Khi Tasira can provide additional fire power. They
renamed the planet H-065, calling it Cojora. Within fifty years of setting fortifications on Cojora, the
Syndicate went to the Sephesa system and quickly took control over Chophise to
make into recruiting grounds for new members of the Enforcers. Chophise became
a perfect planet to live on once the heat levels went down and became a stable
planet like Earth in the Milky Way. Syndicate Warlord Angrus introduced war
planning, strategy, and guerrilla tactics to krogan, human, and angaran of the
Enforcers on Chophise and gave them one motto: "If
anyone wants to come knocking on our door, then we will open it and greet them
with our guns." The last planet under Syndicate control is H-205 in the Anasa
system. As fast as the APEX force used Rohvir for a military home, the
Enforcers decided that a planet capable of hiding on is worth using for their
own military might. With the rock and ice conditions on H-205 completely
changed, the Syndicate turned the planet into a garrison and has more troops on
there, creating any weapons for future wars with the Nexus. Like Cojora, H-205
is now equal to in power to the Nexus world Talune but this is only based on
what a few APEX squads were able to report before being executed. H-205 was
later named Buruka. Planets and Solar Systems under Nexus and Syndicate Occupation (Year 3119): Even after two outpost failures, Eos of the Pytheas system was the
first planet to successfully have the first official outpost setup by Path
Finder Ryder in 2819. August Bradley served as one of the first outpost leaders
chosen to be the voice of Heleus. Since then, Prodromos has improved and
thrived for the last two hundred years. The current Mayor is Wagner, and it now
has become a small city with the Sovereign Nation Advent still trading with
them. Prodromos also serves as a Syndicate and Nexus share world as both sides
continue to assist each other in resources and trade; however, rumor has it
that Advent nation may try to secure the planet for its own claim. In the Nol system, Voeld has always been cold and under Angaran
control since the kett invaded. As much as the APEX and Enforcer teams continue
to visit the planet, leaders from Aya keep the healthy reminder going for both
sides that the world will never fall under anyone's rule. Since the kett
outpost was destroyed, Voeld has been used for ice runners for both
superpowers. As time went on and kett activity cease to exist, the ice world
Voeld now continues to be used as a training site for new angaran troops to
test their skills, wit, and survival instincts on. The angaran trade-world Kadara of the Govorkam system is now back
under control by the angara. Ever since the Collective and Outcasts were driven
out, the toxic water levels finally became regular water for drinking and
growing plants. The best feature of Kadara is how fast the world went from
being crooked and twisted; several areas are now farmlands with plenty of food
to grow; in fact, the very caves have been used to as farmhouses to store
resources and supplies. Like Voeld, the angaran people have made it clear to
the Nexus and Syndicate leaders that Kadara is off limits for any occupation.
Though many visit the world, everyone keeps it in mind that this place is just
as strong as Aya and is protected like Havarl. The krogan world Elaaden has always been secure; the krogan didn't
care for any visitors coming to trade, but they didn't appreciate the fact that
Nexus APEX teams and Syndicate Enforcer squads created a small base on their
world. Now the krogan clans easily remove the small bases off their world, but
they didn't want to anger either superpowers or have them coming down into the
Zaubray system to start a war. After Syndicate Warlord Gulnaz Urkin and
Overlord Morda came to an agreement, they made sure that all krogan would keep
New Tuchanka safe; however, they let the outpost made by Path Finder Ryder stay
on as an olive branch with Kesh as the second outpost leader. Despite
everything done to her people, Kesh remains open to the idea of the krogan
still helping either side until all trust is broken. The first human world in the Erikkson system known as Habitat 7
for the last two hundreds has slowly been changing for the best. Ever since
Path Finder Ryder activated Meridian, the atmosphere has improved and became
worthy of colonization, but several studies reveal that much of it is still
dangerous to live on. A few spacers have landed on the planet, but the visit is
always short due to the lighting strikes. Many people of Apex and Enforcer
teams still believe that should anyone claim the planet, the strategic
advantage would greatly benefit either side. Aya, the home world of Angaran, has been safely guarded since the
last two hundred years have changed. From the Nexus power rise to the creation
of the Syndicate, most leaders of Aya agreed to keep the system of Onaon secure
from any visitors should either superpower try to come through for an attempt
to set up a base. In the year 2900, the Nexus was the first to send Apex teams
to the system only to leave without their weapons. The Syndicate tried to send
Enforcer squads, but before they can make planetfall, angaran soldiers made
sure their ships turn around and leave. Due to the recent stunts, Aya
leadership made it clear with one message for all Heleus: "Stay
off of Aya unless you want all of the Angara to give you war." Ditivios is the water world of Heleus. Though there are many other
water worlds, none of them do not have a city floating on top of the ocean and
a city underneath the waters. In the Nol system, Ditivios is the city where
everything goes down, but not without the Enforcers and Apex teams making sure
the law is upheld. After Merdian's activation, the dangerous water of Ditivios
became fair and safe to live on. The Nexus and Syndicate leaders had many
battles here until the Angaran authority from Aya provided more help to both
side than fighting. Since then, everything in the water world has been handled
by the law and broken when possible. TOS-51 was once named Mendradym, located in the Kindrax system.
The planet was known for its bad atmosphere and waste lands caused by the
scourge. Once two hundred went by, the planet proved useful for future growth.
Rather than use the planet for strategic assault, Syndicate Warlord Jacob and
Nexus Leader Bynisa came to an accord in secret about creating a private force
that will end all wars between both superpowers. Due to the sudden setback,
TOS-51 now stands as future foothold to use should the Nexus or Syndicate
decide war is best. Biloun is the planet that many visit to remember that climbing
mountains and finding remnant technology is great for any explorer. Despite how
many mountains are used for a city to be made under, Biloun of the Togessan
system is a sight to see. Neither under the Nexus or Syndicate control or share
world listings, the planet remains open to all that need a home to stay in if
they didn't mind tall places or dark areas. Since the colonization efforts of
Biloun went unnoticed by both superpowers, the people of Heleus made it into a
proper home for everyone. In the Solminae system, the planet Avelosa has changed. It is
ready for outposts and settlements since the two hundred years went by.
Although there are sand seas all around the many settlements, the people have
managed to live here comfortably and established trade routes between the
planets of the Nexus and Syndicate. When people often visit Avelosa, the only
thing that comes to mind is the sands of Elaaden or the open rock landscape of
Eos. One traveler said: "If
you visit Avelosa, never go out into the sandy sea unless you want to be stuck
out there until night fall." Planets and Solar Systems Occupation for Each Species and Shared
Worlds (Year 3119): All Salarians occupy Fen Odam in the Shojaon system after the last
two hundred years went by with its environment changing. In the last ten years,
the surface has now completely been able to support life. The beauty of Fen
Odam is highly praise by Datri as she often tells her people: “Sur’Kesh is
always home, but now, Fen Odam is the new home we will strive on.” Each turian lives comfortably on Tijorana of the Nalesh system and
keep their home heavily fortified should the call to arms be made by the
generals or Mayon himself; however, since the election of Primarch Dolatee, the
turians have questioned which one is the proper, righteous ruler of Tijorana.
For now, the debate is still in the air. The quarians stay on their ships in the Hefena system while they
live on Dovarannoch. Each year they manage to create farms, homes, and live
without their suits as they change the planet. Dovarannoch is the only planet
that has been able to let the quarians breathe easily with no difficulties. Human life for everyone has been quite fruitful and promising
depending on which planet they live on. On Merdian, the most popular and
wealthy humans have acquired several landscapes as property for future
generations. On the world Eos, humanity has improved and expanded around the
old Prodromos outpost; in fact, they have restored the first two failed outposts
and increased its housing for all humans. The people of Kadara and Elaaden struggle daily with the small
gangs, but they manage to survive all the hardship. Although humanity is not
seen as powerful, many species always notice that humans thrive from any
conflict. The batarians occupied various landscape on Kadara while the volus
didn’t mind the wonderful heat of Elaaden with the krogans. In the Tecunis system next to the planet Slohva, there is a massive
rock floating nearby called Tangolin. The planet has plenty of room to live on;
however, when it comes to Tangolin, everyone has to visit before landing on it.
Like many places, humans and others make home on this asteroid when everywhere
else is not welcoming to the less civilized. On Tangolin, three gangs run the
show out of respect for one another; however, too many people want to know
which is strong. Krogan leader Rukin leads the Blue Claws, Batarian boss Cutan
controls the Green Fiends, and salarian overseer Gint runs the Yellow Fist. To
this day, they all agree on one statement: “Don’t f**k around on Tangolin
with a bad attitude.” Characters of the Heleus Cluster within Andromeda (Year 3119 CE): Name: (____) Johnson. Age:
