You can't see me, I don't exist, a figment of my imagination,

You see a smile on my face but your senses deceive you,

You can touch me and feel flesh but it's not really there.

Reading this reminds me of a little piece I wrote 'Manipulator'.
The theme here is the same.
Deceiving others can be so easy sometimes (most of the times for me) 😛

I liked it a lot. It gave me a spooky kind of feeling at the first reading. Later, reading it again, I realize it could be a brilliant portrayal of an everyday situation. How often we are there without actually being so. I blame my phone.

Thanks. This is the shortest poem I've ever written so I wasn't sure it would work the way I wanted it to. But it did. It's meant to be a bit weird/spooky.

This is kind of a portrayal of Derealization.
