Sadness

This poem was written on a rainy day in November when I was 17. It begins sort of negatively, but has a positive message toward the end.

Feelings that I can't explain are racing
through my mind, altogether lies and pain,
but truth, I cannot find.
I tell myself that It's ok, but deep inside
I know, that none of it will go away unless
I let it show.
Though all the pain that I've been through,
no longer shall I hide, if only to myself
be true and trust the me inside.

Good message to live by. Although, I must admit, a poem titled "Sadness" by a person called "Bliss" seems a bit contradictive. :)
