Ramble

Ramble

A Poem by Blossom
"

When almost nothing seems to work, I ramble on . . .

"

If this one goes

It will add to my woes

For I’m not ready

For whatever life throws

Please make it stay

It’s my favourite foray

The one I cannot dispel

Of it I seek a sequel.

But if it does depart

I must re-start

The affair of the heart

Past all hurt

Despite the arid zone

This heart must drone

A new melody

A new recipe

It must copy

And try not to cry

Buy to buy

A comforting lie

That life lies warm and happy

Like liquid under a tea cozy

Till it can face the truth

Bitter, hurtful, uncouth.

Is this about Jottify and your fear that it could happen again here at WC? Noted: you snuck a tea cozy in.
