College Freshman in July

I honestly don't know what this is. Have been having writer's block for a bit now and this is what I came up with

Very stressed-out teens

Waiting for college to start

Tempted to dropout

This has a syllable count of 5 syllables in line 1, 7 in line 2, and 5 in line 3. I think I'd classify this as a Senryu which is a japanese form of poetry talking about the foibles or weakness of man. It can be satiracal but I am not 100% sure. Moving on to the poetry, I know that feeling all too well, that feeling of change, fear, being afraid of the unknown. Whats to come in college? We don't know but don't drop out, resist the temptations! College may surprise you for the better!! Thanks fof sharing!

No problem! Your poem seems to be about facing the unknown and in these uncertain scady times, most people would back out and I think thats a weakness many of us have, is to remain in our comfort zones and your poem did a good job of depicting this fear
