Isn't it funny?

Isn't it funny?

A Poem by Hunter Zabbai
"

The way things work out....

"

The midwest is my Atlantic.

Forget airplanes. Forget cars.

Remember when the world was flat?

Those were the days.

The new year came, and I didn't change.

But I did learn how to fold a map.

As soon as I forget, I remember in a way I tried to forget.

I remember the disappointment on prom night.

My memory containts every single one of our fights.

But I recall the innocence, and the laughter.

My naivety, I think you mentioned.

I don't regret making you that unicorn.

Oh well. Good thing.
