Isn't it funny?A Poem by Hunter ZabbaiThe way things work out....The midwest is my Atlantic.
Forget airplanes. Forget cars. Remember when the world was flat? Those were the days. The new year came, and I didn't change. But I did learn how to fold a map.
As soon as I forget, I remember in a way I tried to forget.
I remember the disappointment on prom night. My memory containts every single one of our fights.
But I recall the innocence, and the laughter. My naivety, I think you mentioned.
I don't regret making you that unicorn. Oh well. Good thing. © 2008 Hunter Zabbai |
