Matters of the Heart

Matters of the Heart

A Poem by Bohrium Guy
"

feeling annoyed...

"

She calls in the night crying in pain

Saying life is crazy she's going insane

Chest is hurting, needing to get sleep

Expressing she sorrowfully will weep

Hours away I feel helpless and worry

She slips away say sleep and its blurry

Silence slips dark like a black cloud

Gripping my heart why is it allowed

Silence thru the morning no word given

Fear and worry sit like an arrow driven

Knowing the edge is close she has told

If I am not there to calm and to hold

My hands tied bound by the chains

Feeling inside her the fear and pains

Sitting idle confused as to the silence

Guess this is my future given penitence

Seems like you're talking about someone that you care for a lot whom is having problems that you can not always be there to help them with. I liked this one.. very moving.
