Soul Threads

Soul Threads

A Poem by Curly Grace

I linger in green

  in quiet poise

He moves in white

  in steady poise

Place my heart first

  let the world wait

Reaching for green

  where the heart waits

Time bends in white light

  in subtle noise

Time bends softly

  in unspoken noise

In shadowed glances

  in unspoken joys

In fleeting touches

  in subtle joys

Self-love threads

  the soft hands of fate

Our pulses trace

  the delicate fates

I linger in green

  in quiet poise

He moves in white

  in steady poise

Place my heart first

  let the world wait

Reaching for green

  where the heart waits

This moves like a waltz. Really beautiful to take in.
