Washing in Luminous Blush

Washing in Luminous Blush

A Poem by Curly Grace

She leans close
 and edges fold.

Shadows curl
 and thoughts untold
twist, tremble, hum,
 and hide.

Threads of gold
 ripple beneath the tide.

Golden currents,
 soft and wide,
drift, drift,
 a secret slide.

Colors bloom
 where darkness grew.
Clarity glows
 through every hue.

Look again
 and see the leaf tilt,
  trembling flame.

A line of poetry floats unnamed.
Urgent and whole, it lands inside,
 a pulse that lingers,
  warm and wide.

Her brilliance warms
 without command,
revealing beauty
 always planned.

Truth awakens, subtle, clear.
 Shimmering soft
  where you feel near.

Breath shivers
 through the hollowed space.
A spark ignites
 with gentle grace.

Mind drinks light,
 heart inclines,
shadow softens
 and the golden shines.

Here, invisible glows.
Tangled knots
 of thought unclose.

Reflections dance,
 a quiet gleam.
Bare skin hums
 within the waking dream.

She nudges without touch.
Guides without a word.

Tilts the world
 just enough
for insight to be heard.

Look again
 and someone finds you there,
  in the shimmer,
   in the air.

The whisper of recognition
 folds softly
  through the golden glare.

Everything gleamed
 before you knew.
Everything was luminous
 always, in you.

Threads of gold
 and whispered flame
linger, fold,
 and call your name.

The mind, the heart,
 the quiet skin
receive the pulse
 that moves within.

Author's Note

Curly Grace
Inspired by the angel Jophiel, Beauty of God. A small shimmer of Jophiel, light loosening the dark. A quiet unveiling of the gold that was always there.

All good souls seek the Light CG, and now it is returning and expanding its power. Dawn broke here in Bristol UK about 5.30am, and I rejoice. Exceptional ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

This feels so soft and springlike, going into summer, that it almost floats off the page and perhaps embarks on that journey we all take , thanks to the muse' visits that feel so otherworldly and ethereal. It reminds me of a leaf blowing in the wind or a feather floating in the breeze. Where it lands no one knows, a bit like from where the muse came and where she goes when she leaves.
Beautifully written.
A+. Now go to the top of the class and take this shiny red apple with you! 🍎 😃

Such gentle movements throughout this piece with a soft golden touch that plays on the emotions. Akin to watching a piece of art in slow motion. Quite lovely Curly Grace.

You are blessed with a wonderous gift of prose. Jophiel inspired you, but I bet you inspire plenty more

Brandon… your words brushed a little color into my cheeks. Thank you for that gentleness.
