Hate me

Hate me

A Poem by Boring~Potato

Here lies a soul, once filled with light, Consumed by the darkness of hate's blight. A life cut short, a heart torn asunder, Buried beneath the weight of anger's blunder. In the depths of despair, a voice once rang, Echoing the cries of a tortured sang. "Hate me," it pleaded, a desperate plea, Longing for release from this misery. The world turned a blind eye, deaf to the call, Leaving this tormented spirit to fall. Trapped in a cycle of anguish and pain, Seeking solace, but finding none to gain. The epitaph now stands, a somber tale, A warning to all who would dare to assail. For in the end, hate's consuming fire, Leaves only ashes, a life's dire. May this serve as a lesson, a guiding light, To cherish love, and shun hatred's blight. For in the end, it is the heart that matters most, Not the fleeting flames that leave a soul lost.
