Silver Lines:A Poem by SoozProtegeA tale of defeat and deciet
Confounded by the back piercing shrapnel embedded in my spine.
Dumbfounded, the final morsel of passion you gave, it was perfectly timed. Your underground revolution silently watched, as i detonated your ever so carefully placed strip-mine. Turning cartwheels in your playground, continuously jabbing, below my waistline. Victory to your merry-go-round of fallacies, you so intricately entwined. Just remember what goes-around-comes-around and I'll be watching, waiting, beyond the silver lines. © 2020 SoozProtege |
