Oh heavy wings ​​​​t​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​hat afford no flight;

Tempest weathered through stormy nights.

Past water, brimstones and heavenly home.

Past chaos, perfection and all unknown.

Of fearful praise and bowing days

And weary immortal life.

Oh heavy wings, such accursed things.

An angel lost without flight.

a very poignant write...it feels so amazing to read pieces like this... the last two lines just set the tone to make the reader read this piece over and over again... I wish i can take the buden off those beautiful wings that were meant for the sole purpose of flying...and life will follow...

Saturated with a deep sense of sadness - tragic, this angel with such heavy wings, lost without flight. I feel like shaking the weight from those wings, affording this angel a new lease on immortal life... brilliant composition, wonderful poetry!
