The Valley of Death - I

The Valley of Death - I

A Poem by WordyWorld

In the darkest valley, you roam,
Searching answers, near my tomb.
My voice you heard, forever gone,
Answers you need, remains unknown.

Whispers crawl, as you walk,
Mirage you see, a magic forecast.
Your heart trembles, but still no fear,
The burning eyes, yet empty tears.

A feeling of touch, maybe spiritual?,
Not gentle but spooky, hence you shiver. You try to stand, but your soul crumbles,
Dove and sank, deep under the soul river.

Absence of dusk, a mystery unsolved,
Dark nights, no lights, you remain puzzled.
The never-ending dawn, a cycle of loop,
Near a tomb, a tall and dark figure stood.
