The lump

The lump

A Poem by BuzzyB

I was the lump in you,

Hardened by the years,

A tooth weathered

yet firmly tethered

A milestone--

familiar and true.

That bone of yours--

time-twisted,
I was the bone that held
When the rest

of you desisted.

I was your spleen--

toughened and dry,

still the kind of spleen

With which you die.

About
I'm restless as a bee and as busy. I don't know if I write well or even write but the bug still bites me so I keep at it. Nothing else about me is interesting. more..
