Whatever You Imagine

Something I quickly wrote at breakfast.

Whatever you imagine,

Can take your spirits high

Giving you wings to soar

And fly within the open sky.

 

Explore the vast blue oceans,

On a giant pirate ship

Or deep beneath the waves

In a dolphin's grip.

 

On a space journey,

Mining the diamond stars

Driving fast at speed of light

Driving in a racing car.

 

A king or queen,

Your own kingdom to be hold

In whatever you imagine

There is a story to be told.

 

Create a whole new world

A place of adventure for you and I

A memory worth remembering

One that will never die.

This is like... promises of all the things you dreamt of as a child. Which makes it somehow a bit nostalgic at the same time. The rhymes also worked for me this time, and I'm not usually fond of rhymes. Well done.
