I've Nowhere to Run

I've Nowhere to Run

A Poem by CW

I only love the woman,
Because the truth is that I must.
I've no choice but that cruel admission,
As I bow down, by bleeding cut.
My Mother, I detest it..
Is Enmity our only sacred trust?
Your boiling blood, it burns in me..
Your voice, screaming, rotten,
Enraged as my own.
Won't your lone of breath ever cleanse any?
Frail is my moan.
Our Life, won't it one day matter?
I've tried. I never shatter..
Ever living on. I cry my mystery.
No matter my story,
I AM as I AM.
All alone.
ALL as ONE.
I've nowhere to run.

When one hits rock-bottom we find where to build from. Something that may endure, or very least, will do...

This piece tells of the speaker having worked through the ground cover and arriving there.

Nice work in this writing.
