I wish you could stay
A thousands of millions of days
I feel like I'm losing myself
You'll always be my furry friend

I hate to love
It feels like an arrow through your soul
When you're losing everything you know

Sniff for me
Don't get lost through the trees
I'll be just here

Sleep tight and safe
I'll wake you when I get there

The goodbye was the hardest part
Your paw will always be next to my heart
