Of No Blood

Of No Blood

A Poem by The Poet of Black Wings
"

A memory, and a truth, that my dear cousin mustn't know.

"
I see you, dear cousin.
I catch your eye's in mine and we pass each other,
not a word passes with us.
We are estranged, you and i.
We think we're only connected by our blood.
But this, is a lie. Not even blood binds us.
This secret and that lie are like you and I.

So far apart, you and I.

I could have told you, yes i could.
That i am of outside.
but i must not.
For you, dear cousin,
I love.
