Nothing You Can Do

Nothing You Can Do

A Poem by Kaspar Carr
"

nothing you want to do eather..

"

The bloody blade falls to the ground.
My broken heart is ceasing to pound.
No one is there,
No one knows enough to care.

The tears run down my face.
In my chest is this big empty space.
I don't know what to do anymore,
I'm right back where I was before.

You had the heart to break me,
And it's doing things that you can't see.
Look beyond the eyes you scarred,
And the heart that's unbelievably charred.

My green eyes are hiding more than you know,
I'm tired so much more than I show.
So I want you to look at the days I didn't feel well,
And realize I was only going through hell.

That scorching hot hell,
You put me through.
But you don't even realize,
So there's nothing you can do.
