Alone

Alone here tonight
As I look up into the nothing. 
The sky is as dark as black 
Yet I know I see something. 
No stars dare shine 
On a night so bleak. 
Im laying here alone 
I feel so weak. 
The wounds on my wrist 
Left covered in blood red. 
Is what is shown
With my heart so dead. 
So I stand on the fence line
It's better than a gun. 
Fall toward or back
And I'm ready to run. 
Run into the nothing 
We all shall go. 
For that is what 
My heart has to show.
