Im Scared

I'm a 17 year old, im adopted. i was adopted last June by my best friend's parents. after i graduate (class of 2017) i will be on my own again. im scared of what i will end up being. im scared that i might die alone, i might die homeless. i might not even make if a year after graduation. im so terrified what is to come after i leave high school i know i still have a while to go but im so scared. i need help i need advise, i need something.
