"Alone" I felt the vulnerability within this poem. The human soul-heart is the very seat of who we are and therefore also our strength or weakness. Precious is the inner life of we people and we can be hurt and slowed by pain. I found this very real and raw. Loved it Blessings to you. Kathy

Beautiful and yet simple, evoking deep existential loneliness as well as the pain of a broken heart. Reflects the connection between a broken heart and its impact on the the soul- sometimes the unspeakable loneliness can feel like the soul is dying.
