A random thought.

I wore my heart upon my sleeve;
Emotions flood with no reprieve.
A hint of love gave way to pain;
I shall not show my heart again.

This kicked me in the face while I was working reports at work. I don't have a title for it so any thoughts on what it should be would be appreciated.
