                            When I'm gone

You told me often. Love everlasting is always near us.
You told me. I will never leave you and you are my merciful kiss and dearest friend.
My eloquence and beautiful lady.
I'm not okay.

Everything I do.
I remember you. You made love, holy and sweet.
You made the days brighter and better.
My nights warm and safe.
You made me, love your face and your gentle words.
Today I walk alone.

You told me often. When I'm gone.
You shall be okay.
I will live, dear love and I will masquerade happy face for you.
For you  would want me to be strong for you.
I miss you dear and honey.
I'm waiting for perfect days when I can embrace you in heaven.

and that prayer to meet in heaven....

hopefully there will be reunions in the afterlife with those we lost too soon.

No...I think this is far more than words.
This is pain...finding release in words.
It's love...finding expression in words.
It's hope...burning anew through words.
It's memories...shared with others through words.
This is beautiful, in its own, painful way. We have all loved and lost...feel that deep ache when we long for that person and they're not close at hand.

Still...despite the pain...we would never opt to have lived our life not knowing them. What you shared...the love and laughter...they are forever a part of you. Etched into your soul. They make you richer...fuller...deeper.
