Time waits for no-one...A Poem by Coyote PoetrySeptember poetry number six.Time waits for no-one... The fatality of youth, we believe. We will never grow old and we learn with time. Time is a heartless friend. One day, our face of youth, our energy of youth and our dreams will become old and forgotten. Our dreams, just myth and tale. We will retreat to places and faces when the night is long. We will tell the deep glass of whiskey. I should of done more, I should of been kinder. Now the old man tell his grandchildren, make the good days last forever and try to forget the bad days. You must stroll deep into the forest and you must love the ancient trees. You must dance with the Great lakes and the sea as often, as you can. And when love is near. Be kind, be thankful. Time isn't our friend. Just a thief in the night. Coyote
