Our legacy, some little poetry.

Our legacy, some little poetry.

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

Awakening my muse.

"
Legacy, some little poetry.
1-  The Monterey tavern poet sat alone and beautiful Eleanor sat with him.
Her eyes seeking his face, her eyes seeking his voice.
He asked her, dear Eleanor.
What do you need tonight?
She smiled and she told him.
I have questions that need answers.
He told her, please ask and I will try to answer.
She took his hands and she asked him.
Did you find your mermaid in the taverns?
Did you find the utopia of the fatal kiss of death near?
Did you know joy?
He kissed her forehead and he told her.
I went to war and death didn't want me,
I held joy in my arms and I lost her.
And I was blessed tonight,
I have the prettiest mermaid in Monterey holding my hands.
I am blessed.
2- The chronicle of a life,
is to cross many bridges and touching many new earth with our feet.
We will become many people and we will tried to be kind.
A good life is leaving the world better then we received her.

Gorgeous and wise lines in this poem. You are talented in many ways; in war and peace.

You are welcome sir.
A legacy of kindness is a fine thing. Kindness will be remembered. If you can leave that in your wake, you would have led a successful life in my opinion. We do what we have to, to survive. Life is tough and tougher still for some. Thank you for your poetry my friend. You will be remembered for that too. You have touched many with the written words.
