A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

Dream writing again. Finally the muse awoke.

"

( I was dream writing again. I wrote some poetry prompts. )

1- You came to me in a kind dream.

Your smile in full bloom and your eyes.

As beautiful as a Sunday morning sun.

2- I found you by our lake in my dream.

We were just holding hands and not needing words.

I remembered, sometime silence is all we needed.

3- You found me a quiet dream.

Was a perfect Summer day and I kissed your hands.

I told you. Please stay with me till the world end.

Johnnie

Dear Coyote,
Some dreams are so beautiful, we never want them to end! Yet wake up we must! My dreams are so much like yours. I believe in passing spirits - beautiful spirits that enter our dreams and touch us. We've never known them in life yet in our dreams, we connect briefly with them on a spiritual plane. I sense that connection in your words. No wonder we wake up full of bliss and longing. Thank you for this magical poem.

I like this. Over the years I have gotten up from dreams to write down thoughts / notes / prompts that had been "given" to me in sleep. Kudos. ~Jim

Welcome friend
Quite a romantic piece, C. Tell me, were these lines derived from dreams?

"Till the world end?" That's asking a lot of devotion...I think some people would skip right out of a relationship if they thought the world was ending. But being with someone who is your world...that's the big prize eh? So romantic...
